It is to be made sure that all third-party service providers are compliant with their obligations to you and your data is kept according to all legal requirements and you’re not deprived of all procedures for complaints that you were originally entitled to.

Subscription service payments must be made by credit or debit card using the payment facilities on the website. Giving us your payment details authorises us that we continuously take payments from your account until you or we end the services. Services may be stopped without notice if at any point we are unable to obtain payment from your account.
To make sure your payment card details are securely kept, you agree that we can use the services of a secure Payment Service Provider (PSP) that will hold your card details generally and on our behalf, or any subsequent assignee’s subject to this policy. All references to “us” or “we” in this policy refer to the PSP and us where applicable. The PSP undertakes to comply with all data protection and data disposal in accordance with all legal requirements. To facilitate the processing of payments and repayments you authorise us to securely pass your charge, credit and debit card details to a PSP and for them to be retained.
If your monthly subscription payment of £29.95 fails/is declined, we will continue to try to collect payment for your monthly subscription fee of £29.95 periodically until we succeed.
The credit or debit cards we accept as payment methods are displayed on the website.
No payment is deemed made until all funds are collected and services may not be provided until payment is received in full.
You will be responsible for making sure all payment information provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for supplying services if the details you submit are incorrect, out of date or incomplete.
Any overdraft or “over the limit” bank fees or charges incurred will not be our responsibility if your account does not have sufficient credit or funds at the time we take payment.
Charges and payment terms will be subjected to a third party’s terms and conditions if you purchase products or services from them.
We may receive commission and fees from advertising third parties and those linking to the websites or resulting from you purchasing their products or services. We shall retail them in full.
Should this agreement be assigned to a third party, you, therefore, authorise the PSP that stores your payment details to use those details in collecting payment for the said assignee.
In accepting these Terms & Conditions you agree for the purchase and delivery of the services provided for in this agreement and any services delivered by a subsequent assignee to be paid via the secure PSP arrangement as detailed in this agreement.
Cancelling Your Subscription
If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund of the fees you have paid before cancelling.
It is your statutory right to contact us by email to request the cancellation of the services within 14 days of signing up on the site. You must send your email to email@example.com. To allow us to find your subscription and cancel it on your behalf, please provide us with the following information:
- State that you wish to cancel the service provided by Track My Money
- Indicate your full name.
- Give us the email address you are currently receiving emails to.
Once information is received, we will cancel your subscription.
If you want to cancel your subscription, but you are no longer within the statutory time frame, contact our customer services to cancel and a member of our team will do it for you.
If you wish to about your subscription before cancelling it or if you would prefer to do the cancellation over the phone, call us on our customer service number provided.
If your monthly subscription has been previously cancelled, either by you or by Track My Money, and you re-subscribe to another or the same Track My Money service, you will pay the fee applicable to the services at the time of re-subscribing.
We may cancel your subscription to the Track My Money services by giving you advance notice, but the termination will not take effect until the end of the month.

Agreeing to these terms gives us permission to give your payment information to a PSP third party for storage, keeping and transfer as per the agreement. We will make sure that any subsequent assignee that has access to your data has committed to the same degree of data protection that is legally required and offered by us to you, that the data is kept in Europe and regulated in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable laws.
Phone calls will be recorded for audit, training and quality purposes.
Obligation and Limitations
Contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau for more information on your legal rights how these Terms & Conditions affect them. Nevertheless, we strongly advise you to contact us directly for any difficulties with this website and we will deal with your issues.
It is not our responsibility if any loss is suffered due to events beyond our control.

- if you pay a subscription fee for the relevant service, the then current annual fee for that service or monthly fee x 12 if that amount is greater than £75.
We are not responsible for any losses you suffer under any contract you have with any online website through which you access our services and any website that is arranged or paid for.
Our liability does not include business losses incurred in form of business data, loss of profits, earnings, business interruption or reduction in asset value.

You agree not to submit the same complaint to us more than once.
All complaints will be addressed, processed and answered within 30 working days. If we need more information to complete the investigation of any complaint, we will contact you to make you aware of it. If you do not provide it to us within 15 days from the date of request, it is to our understanding that you have decided to withdraw your complaint.
