What is Track My Money?
Track My Money is an online based service, specifically designed to help you with your monetary planning. We’ve teamed up with industry experts to design a platform that makes it easy for everyday people to succeed with their finances.
What do I get with my Track My Money subscription?
- Add as many cards/ accounts to your dashboard as you wish
- Your monthly spending displayed on easy to understand graphs
- Budgeting/ savings calculators
- Switching tools
- Birds eye view transaction list, across all accounts
- Money making guidance
- Savings deals
I’ve forgotten my password and can’t log in to my personal dashboard. What can I do to resolve this?
If you head to the sign in page, you’ll see the ‘Forgotten Password?’ button. Click on this, enter your email address and we’ll get back to you asap, with instructions on how to reset your password.
I want to change my password, how do I do that?
To change your password, log into your account and head to your profile page, this is the page where your personal information is displayed. You’ll see the option to change your password, just make sure you save your new password and it’ll be effective immediately.
How do I add my accounts and cards to Track My Money?
When you first sign up, you’ll be directed to your very own personal dashboard. We’ve displayed ‘Add an account’ buttons on various pages so you can easily access this tool at any time. By clicking the ‘Add an account’ button you’ll be directed to the Add Account Wizard which will take you step-by-step through what you need to do to add your cards/ accounts to your dashboard. If you need any help with this, please give our helpful CS team a call.
I’m experiencing errors when I try to add my cards and accounts, what should I do?
This error is usually resolved by restarting the add account process. If you continue to experience issues, please get in touch with us straight away.
How secure is your site?
Your security is important to Track My Money. We use SSL encryption on our service, to make sure it’s as secure as possible. We don’t even hold your bank account details, as these are processed by a third party who have over 15 years experience with the best security technology to date.
Can I have a refund for the fees I’ve paid?
You’re welcome to cancel your subscription at any time however, you will not be refunded for the fees you have paid.
How do I make a complaint?
Our aim is to make sure all of our subscribers receive a great experience, but we are human and we do understand that sometimes we can get it wrong. If you’re unhappy with Track My Money and you’re looking for a platform to voice your opinions, please get in touch with our helpful Customer Service team who will try their best to rectify your situation.
I can’t add my account because my banking provider isn’t listed. What shall I do?
Whilst we’ve liaised with most banks in the United Kingdom, there are still a few that we’re yet to add to our service. This isn’t an issue, just let us know who you bank with and we’ll get in touch with them immediately, no one should feel left out!
